We ship from Ireland and aim to get your order out quickly.
Delivery times
• Ireland: 1–2 business days
• Europe: 1–7 business days
Delivery time starts after the order is confirmed and dispatched. Weekends and public holidays may add a day.
Shipping area
We deliver across Ireland and the rest of Europe.
Order processing
Orders are usually prepared the same day or the next business day. Once your parcel is on the way, you will receive tracking where the carrier provides it.
What to expect
Small items such as TapReview Mini stickers, NFC cards, and stands are packed to travel safely. Delivery is to the address given at checkout, so please check it before you pay.
Delays
Most orders arrive within the times above. If a carrier delay happens, we will help you track the parcel and follow up. Customs checks on some EU routes are rare but can add time.
Failed delivery
If nobody is available to receive the parcel, the carrier may leave a card, attempt a second delivery, or hold it at a local pickup point. Please collect it within the time given on the notice.

If your order has not arrived within the stated window, contact us with your order number and we will check it with the carrier.
